Stivi Frashëri (born 29 August 1990 in Korçë) is an Albanian footballer who plays as a goalkeepr for Bylis Ballsh in the Albanian Superliga.
He is a product of the Skënderbeu academy having been at the club until 2007, when he moved to Greece to sign for Aris Thessaloniki. After 3 years in Greece Frashëri moved back to Albania with newly promoted Bylis Ballsh where he established himself as a first team regular, making 22 appearances in his debut season.
